DHL doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Physical private or business addresses only.

DHL will provide you with options such as changing the delivery address or choosing a delivery date that suits you while your parcel is in transit. You can make changes directly on the DHL website. If the full value of your items is over 400 SGD, the import tax on a shipment will be 7%. For example, if the declared value of your items is 400 SGD, in order for the recipient to receive a package, an additional amount of 28 SGD in taxes will be required to be paid to the destination countries government by the recipient.
